Change to Operating Plan
Change to Layout Plan. 1. Amendment at Question 2 of the Operating Plan, the terminal hour will be amended on Fridays, Saturdays and on Sundays immediately preceeding a Bank Holiday Monday to 02.00am.
On Sundays the commencement hour for the sale of alcohol will be amended to 11.00am.
2. Amendment at Question 5F of the Operating Plan, the following wording shall be inserted:- " At the end of the terminal hour for the sale of alcohol for consumption of the premises, patrons may remain within a waiting area inside the premises until 04.00am pending the arrival of their transport home. during this waiting time, free water will be supplied to patrons and soft drinks and snacks will be available".
3. Amendment at Question 6D of the Operating Plan - the reference to Food Service on Sunday will be amended to read "Sunday 11.00am to 8.00pm".
4. Amendment to layout of premises - a refurbishment of the premises will take place with a relocation of the Bar Counter and a reconfiguration of the seating arrangements together with an extension to the Kitchen area, all as shown on attached Drawing 471-02 per Design Practice. There is no change to capacity..
