Change to Operating Plan. 1. Amendment to Question 2 of the Operating Plan to amend Sunday opening time to 11.00am for on sales.
2. Amendment to Question 3 of the Operating Plan to amend Sunday opening time to 11.00am for off sales.
3. Amendment to Question 5 of the Operating Plan to amend:
a) Conference facilities to yes in all columns.
b) Receptions and Club or other group meetings, Recorded Music, Live Performances and Televised Sport to yes outwith core licensed hours.
c) Q5 textbox to be amended to include the following: "Conference Faciliites, Receptions, Club or other group meetings, Recorded Music, Live Performances and Televised Sport will be available outwith the core licensed hours. No alcohol will be solde outwith the core licensed hours."
d) Question 5f to be amended to include the following: "the premises will open from 9.00am for the sale of non-alcoholic beverages, for example teas, coffees, soft drinks. No alcohol will be sold outwith core licensed hours. The premises can cater for pre-booked private functions. In the event the premises are having a private pre-booked function, the premises will close".
4. Amendment to Question 6 of the operating plan to amend:
a) Question 6a to yes;
b) Question 6b - Terms - children and young persons will be allowed entry to the premises when attending a pre-booked private function;
c) Question 6c - Ages - 0-17 years;
d) Question 6d - Times - children and young persons will be allowed entry to the premises when attending a pre-booked private function for the duration of the function;
e) Question 6e - Parts - all public parts of the premises..
