. 1. Amendment to the premises name to Beijing Banquet
2. Amendment to the description of the premises to the following:
"Bejing Banquet is a Chinese family buffet restaurant"
3. Amendment to Question 1(a) of the Operating Plan as alcohol will now be sold for on sale only
4. Amendment to Question1(c) of the Operating Plan as alcohol will now be sold for on sale only
5. Amendment to Question 3 of the Operating Plan as no alcohol will be sold for off sale.
6. Amendment Question 5(c) of the Operating Plan to remove gaming as an activity.
7. Amendment to Question 5(c) of the Operating Plan to remove indoor and outdoor sports as an activity.
8. Amendment to Question 5(d) of the Operating Plan to remove outdoor drinking facilities as an activity
9. Amendment to Question 5(f) of the Operating Plan to remove children's entertainment as a facility
10. Amendment to wording at Question 6(b) of the Operating Plan to the following:
"Children and young persons aged 13 and under will be allowed on the premises unaccompanied by an adult for the purposes of consuming a meal. Children and young persons aged 12 and under will be allowed on the premises for the purposes of consuming a meal provided they are accompanied by an adult."
11. Amendment to the wording at Question 6(C) of the Operating Plan to the following:
"Children and young persons aged 13 and under will be allowed entry until the end of core hours. Children and young persons aged 12 and under will be allowed entry until the end of core hours provided they are accompanied by a supervising adult."
12. Amendment to the wording at Question 6(d) of the Operating Plan to the following:
"Children and young persons aged 13 and over will be allowed entry until the end of core hours. Children and young persons aged 12 and under will be allowed entry until the end of core hours provided they are accompanied by a supervising adult."
13. Amendment to the wording at Question 6(e) of the Operating Plan to the following:
"Children and young persons aged 13 and over will be allowed in all areas of the premises. Children and young persons aged 12 or under will be accompanied in all areas of the premises provided they are accompanied by a supervising adult."
