Change to Operating Plan. 1. Amendment to the commencement time on Sunday at Question 2 of the Operating Plan to 11am.
2. Amendment to the wording at Question 5 of the Operating Plan to the following:
a) Restaurant and bar meal facilities may be provided before 11am.
b) Receptions may take place before 11am.
c) Recorded music may be played before 11am.
d) Outdoor drinking facilities may be provided before 11am.
The activities at a) and b) may take place in the internal customer area and/or mall customer area as shown on layout plan.
The activity at c) may take place in the internal customer area or other internal parts of the premises as shown on the layout plan.
All of the above may be provided outwith core licensed hours without the provision of alcoholic drinks unless additional licensed hours are requested and granted i.e. seasonal or by virtue of Section 67 and 68 of The Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005.
3. Amendment to the wording at Question 5(f) of the Operating Plan to the following:
TV Plasma screen for the purpose of showing news and other broadcasts may be provided both during and outwith core licensed hours. .
