Change to Operating Plan
Change to Layout Plan. 1. Amendment to Question 2 of the Operating to change commencement time on Sunday to 11am
2. Amendment to Question 3 of the Operating Plan to change commencement time on Sunday to 11am
3. Amendment to the wording Question 4 of the Operating Plan in relation to seasonal variations as follows:
"The premises operator will apply all general extensions permitted by the Licensing Board including without prejudice to the generality additional hours for the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises during the festive period determined annually by the Licensing Board."
4. Amendment to Question 5(a) of the Operating Plan to permit conference facilities during and outwith core hours
5. Amendment to Question 5(b) of the Operating Plan to permit club or other group meetings etc during and outwith core hours
6. Amendment to Question 5(C) of the Operating Plan to permit dance facilities during core hours
7. Amendment to Question 5(d) of the Operating Plan to permit outdoor drinking facilities during and outwith core hours
8. Amendment to the wording at Question 5 of the Operating Plan to include the following:
"Permit the premises to open form 8am daily for breakfast, coffee and tea etc."
9. Amendment to the wording at Question 6(b) of the Operating Plan to the following:
"Children and young persons will only be allowed access if accompanied by an adult."
10. Amendment to the wording at Question 6(d) of the Operating Plan to the following:
"From 8am until 10pm, unless attending a private function or on Christmas Eve and Hogmanay when they will be permitted on the premises until the end of core hours."
11. Amendment to the wording at Question 6(e) of the Operating Plan to the following:
"All public parts, toilets and routes to access them."
12. Amendment to the Layout Plan as follows:
- Inclusion of fixed booth seating to the front left-hand side
- Removal of fixed seating to the front right-hand side
- Inclusion of fixed seating to right hand-side
- AWK machine, TV's and jukebox repositioned
- Kitchen door moved from the centre of the back gantry to existing kitchen pass.
