. 1. Amendment to Question 2 of the Operating Plan to amend the terminal hour on Sunday to Thursday to 12 midnight
2. Amendment to Question 4 of the Operating Plan to answer yes and include the following wording:
"The premises will operate additional hours for the sale of alcohol during the festive period and any other such periods in terms of the Renfrewshire Licensing Board's Statement of Policy in that regard."
3. Amendment to Question 5 of the Operating Plan to have accommodation within and outwith core hours
4. Amendment to Question 7 of the Operating Plan to increase capacity to 936
5. Amendment to the Layout Plan as follows:
Incorporate 10 luxury lodges. Inside the main premises, there will be a minor reconfiguration of the function room layout. There are also changes to the Leisure Club Café area and change of serving area. An outside area is added adjacent to the Leisure Club and similarly, in the outside area adjacent to the bar area. In addition, outside areas are to be created at the sun terrace, the area to brighten the kitchen delivery door, the outdoor area beneath the main kitchen and the area outside the Health Club Reception. All said changes are shown on the attached layout drawings. For the sake of clarity the former external drinking area outside Function Room 2 has been removed and is no longer in use. The toilets in the Function area near to the kitchen have been removed. The bar counter/servery at Function Room 1 has been removed with the toilets being relocated and a wall erected along with other structural changes in the current kitchen area. The "Experience Showers" have been removed from the premises. The space marked area 2 at the Bar Terrace is to be utilised as an external drinks area. The area marked area 3 at the Garden Room Terrace is to be included as an external drinks area. The area marked area 4 at the Pool Terrace is to be included as an external drinking area. The area marked area 5 on the drawing at the Café Terrace is to be included as an external drinking area.
6. Amendment to the description of the premises as follows:
"23 bedroomed hotel and 10 luxury lodges leisure complex with bar, lounge, restaurant, and function facility standing in own grounds. Leisure facility open only to residents, members, and guests.".
