"Children & Young Persons will be admitted up until 9.00 pm for a meal or until the end of any family type celebration which may be being held."
5. Amendment to the wording at Question 6(e) of the Operating Plan in relation to the parts of the premises that children and young person have access:
"Children & Young Persons will have access to all public areas, including the external areas, toilets, all as delineated by the green line on the layout plan. They will not be permitted to stay at the bar counter, which is designated with a 1m apron."
6. Amendment to the Layout Plan in relation to the licensed area and the children and young persons access with a green line. The changes are as follows:
Delineated the established licensed area with a red line, and the area for Children and Young Persons Access with a green line.
The Licensed area will now also incorporate the outside areas. We already have Outside Drinking Facilities as an activity on our Operating Plan and we show the areas ticked on the Matrix.
For Children and Young Persons it is just amending the green line so it now incorporates the whole of the premises and the outside areas so children and young persons can access all areas, but they will not be permitted to stay at the bar counter, so we have created a 1m apron..
