09/02/2026. 12 midnight to 2am. The application is made in connection with the screening of the Superbowl 2026 live from Santa Clara, California. There is an 8-hour time difference between California and the UK. Our client is seeking to extend the terminal hour from 12 midnight to 2am. The following measures will be in place for the event:
1. 2 x SIA certified security team in place, starting from 10pm
2. Stewards will be present to focus on noise control throughout the night and to ensure that the dispersal of customers is done quietly, in a timely manner and ensuring that they get home safely.
3. APEX radio in use by Stewards and internal radios used by management & security team to ensure clear communication across the whole venue.
4. Kitchen will be open and food is available for the duration of the event.
5. There will always be at least 1 personal licence holder on during trading hours.
6. There will be at least 1 first aider present on site during trading hours.
7. This will be a pre booked and ticketed event restricted to 100 persons.
8. Table service and order and pay via the app will be in place for the duration of the extension.
