Change to Operating Plan. 1. Amendment to Question 6(b) of the Operating Plan to answer "Children and young persons will be permitted access to attend private, family and club functions. Children aged 0-15 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult."
2. Amendment to Question 6(d) of the Operating Plan to answer "Children aged 0-15 years will be permitted access until the end of the function being attended and must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Young persons aged 16-17 years will be permitted access until the end of the function being attended."
3. Amendment to Question 6(e) of the Operating Plan to answer "Children and young persons will be permitted access to the main function hall, entrance areas, corridors and toilet facilities."
4. Amendment to Question 7 of the Operating Plan to reduce the on-sales capacity from 524 persons to 220 persons. .
